IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE:

Notice is counted in whole days from your check-in time, in the resort’s local time zone. Holiday and special event dates need 14 days’ notice for any refund at all.

Stays under 30 nights

Stays of 30 nights or more

DEPOSITS

If a balance isn’t received by its deadline, the reservation may be cancelled, and the cancellation policy below applies to whatever has already been paid. Please keep a valid credit card on file at check-in for incidentals.

CHARGES

REFUNDS

• Holiday and special event dates need at least 14 days’ notice for any refund.
• Cabins: nightly stays are fully refundable up to 48 hours before arrival. Stays of a month or more follow the 45-day schedule.
• Notice is counted in whole days from your check-in time, in the resort’s local time zone.
• Shortening a stay or moving your dates counts as cancelling the nights you release, and moving to new dates doesn’t restart your notice period.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. We don’t refund early departures, including for weather or site conditions. If a breakdown on the road, a medical emergency or a resort closure is behind your change, call us — those are reviewed case by case.

To cancel or change a reservation, call the resort directly.

CABINS

• Two-night minimum unless the booking system shows otherwise.
• Two pets maximum: $25 per pet on stays under 30 nights, $150 per pet on stays of 30 nights or more.
• Cleaning fee of $75 per stay for rustic cabins, which do not include linen service.
• The unit is walked through at check-out, and any pet-related damage is charged to the card on file.

ON SITE

• One RV per site. Extra tents, trailers, campers and vans can’t be set up or slept in.
• Up to two vehicles per site, including your tow vehicle. Everything parks within your own site; extra vehicles go to the office or overflow parking.
• Please don’t park on roadways, grass, vacant sites or a neighbor’s site.
• Everyone staying overnight needs to be listed on the reservation. Let the office know if that changes mid-stay.

PETS

• Two pets per site are included. Additional pets are $10 a night, and every pet needs to be declared at booking or check-in.
• Pets stay leashed outside your RV and with you at all times — never left alone, tethered or shut in a vehicle.
• Please pick up after your pet, and keep current rabies vaccination on hand.
• Pets aren’t permitted in the pool area, restrooms, laundry or clubhouse.
• Enclosures need approval from the office first, and come down when you leave.
• Service animals are always welcome, aren’t counted toward the two-pet limit, and are never charged a pet fee.

VISITORS

• Visitors are welcome for the day. Ask them to check in at the office when they arrive.
• Please stay with your visitors in the pool, clubhouse, laundry and recreation areas.
• Visitors can’t stay overnight. Anyone who does counts toward your site occupancy and may be charged.
• A visitor arriving with their own RV books their own site.
• Visitor vehicles park within your site or at the office, and visitor pets count toward your pet limit.
• Visitor access may be limited during holidays, events, or when amenities are full.

PEAK DATES

These dates carry minimum stays and need 14 days’ notice to cancel. Minimum stays can shift with the day of the week — the length shown when you book is the one that applies.

Individual resorts may add local events. Call ahead if you’re booking around one.

CHANGES

Moving your dates or dropping nights counts as cancelling the nights you release, so the schedule above applies to those nights. Shifting to new dates doesn’t restart your notice period, and payment deadlines follow your new arrival date.

Tell us about any change to who’s staying with you, your vehicles or your pets so we can update the reservation. We may move you to a comparable site when it’s operationally necessary.

These terms apply to reservations made on or after August 14, 2026 and replace earlier versions. We may update them at any time; the version in effect when you book is the one that governs your stay.
