We welcome Class A & C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers (no Class B). Minimum length 26 ft; maximum 45 ft. Deluxe sites include a double pad & picnic table; Standard sites include a single pad.

- Monthly rates are based on actual calendar months.
- February rule: Monthly/3- or 4-month reservations that include February and do not run 1st-to-1st add a $200 park season fee.
- Cancellations: Written notice; $50 admin fee. Peak-season monthly reservations including any part of February are non-refundable. Credit/refund windows per Guest Info.
- Electric (monthly): Daily/weekly include utilities. Monthly: $20 service fee + kWh. 3+-month stays: set up SRP in guest’s name 4+ days before arrival.
- RV requirements: 55+; RVs 10 years or newer (older by approval); 26–45 ft; no Class B/tents; self-contained, well-kept. Max 2 pets/site; breed rules may apply. See FAQs.
