GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules

LATE ARRIVALS
  • Late arrivals require online electronic acceptance of the Terms of Service and Conditions prior to arrival.
  • There is a cabinet located to the left of the front door, inside there will be a packet with your name on it, packets are removed when it is dark.
  • Follow the instructions prior to going to your assigned site, then follow the marked map to your site as indicated so that you will be heading in the proper direction to enter your site.
CANCELLATIONS | CHANGES | BACK-TO-BACK RESERVATIONS

Camping and Glamping is an outdoor experience, there will be no refunds due to discomforts of nature or any adverse weather conditions. There will be no refunds if any amenities or services are not available.

Cancellation of Holiday, Special Event, or Group reservations require a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the arrival date to cancel and there will be a $50.00 fee per site. Less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date the maximum refund is 50%. Less than four (4) days prior to the arrival date, there will be NO refund.

Cancellation of RV and TENT reservations require a minimum of three (3) days prior to the arrival date to cancel and there will be a $25 fee per site. Less than three (3) days prior to the arrival date, there will be NO refund.

Cancellation of Cabin reservations require a minimum of four (4) days prior to the arrival date to cancel and there will be a $50 fee per cabin. Less than four (4) days prior to the arrival date, there will be NO refund.

Cancellation of Vacation Home reservations require a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the arrival date to cancel and there will be a $100 fee. Less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, there will be NO refund.

Early Departures require a minimum of two (2) full days advance notice, without two (2) full days advance notice there will be NO refund.

No after dark arrivals and there will be NO refund – the time that it gets dark varies by the season throughout the year.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Only one complimentary change is allowed per reservation/site. For each change after the first there will be a change fee.
Changes within the cancellation period (see the cancellation and early departure policy) and there will be an administrative change fee.

BACK-to-BACK RESERVATIONS

Reservations booked back-to-back, online, over the phone or in person (different reservation/site numbers) be aware that you MUST remain in the park between 9-11am until an escort can lead you to your site change, occasionally rare circumstances occur that would require you to check-out (depart the park) at 11am and return later for check-in. We do not have a staging or holding area in the campground.

PET POLICY

Any aggressive pet behavior will not be tolerated. It is the owner’s responsibility to avoid any potential interaction.

  • We are pet friendly for the RV and Tent sites. The maximum number of pets is two (2).
  • The Camping Cabins are also pet friendly and there is a per pet fee. The maximum number of pets is two (2).
  • Pets in the camping cabins MUST be in a hard sided or wire crate when left alone inside the cabin.
  • NO pets are allowed in the deluxe style lodging: Studio, Family, Premium, Accessible Cabins and the Vacation Home.
  • Notice to guests with pet allergies we cannot guarantee your cabin has not previously had a pet.
  • There is a fenced off-leash dog area. There are several pet stations around the park – please use them!
  • Pets MUST always be kept on a leash and in control of the owner. Waste MUST be picked up immediately.
  • Barking, howling, yelping MUST be under control – do not leave your pet alone if it cannot maintain a quiet demeanor.
  • Not following the pet policy will result in you having to leave the park without a refund.
GENERAL RESORT RULES
  1. The office hours are Monday – Saturday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Sunday 10:30 am – 3:30pm. These hours may vary by season. Please call 970-247-0783 for current office hours.
  2. Check-In & Check-Out: There are no arrivals after dark (last light/civil twilight)
    1. RV and tent sites: Check-in time is 1pm – until dark and check-out time is 11am
    2. Cabins and vacation home: Check-in time is 4pm – until dark and check-out time is 10am.
  3. Smoking is prohibited in and near all buildings and common areas. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly. No smoking at the pool.
  4. Pets must be leashed at all times, other than in the off-leash dog park. We ask that the lead is no longer than 6 feet. VIP’s (very important pets) are solely your responsibility. Barking must be kept under control. It is mandatory that you pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly. Any aggressive pet behavior will not be tolerated.
  5. Children must be supervised. The parents/guardians must assume responsibility for the actions of their children and their guests. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. Quiet Time is 10pm to 7am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors, including outdoor lighting.
  7. The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicles and bicycles.
  8. Please do not cut through sites. Also, please do not drive through or park in unoccupied sites.
  9. All visitors must check in at the office. There is a day use fee for all visitors. Visitors must depart the resort by 10PM.
  10. If you need additional parking, please check with the office for availability (not guaranteed).
  11. No wood-burning fires are allowed at any time.
  12. Fireworks are NOT allowed at any time in the campground due to fire danger. This includes sparklers.
  13. Guests are responsible for disposing of their own rubbish into the dumpster conveniently located at the front gate as you exit the resort. Please put only recycling in the recycling bins, no garbage!
  14. All RV sewer connections must be airtight. Do not “drop” your sewer hose into the pipe without an airtight fitting. Please do not discharge gray or black water onto our grounds per state law.
  15. Pool: There is NO lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk. Persons under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. More rules are posted at the pool. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Check with the office for hours of operation.
  16. Water is precious, in limited supply, and is state monitored. Washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited. Water pressure is set at 45 PSI.
  17. Generators are not allowed at any time, day or night! (except for in the event of an emergency)
  18. Tents, screen tents, canopies, or tarps are not allowed on RV sites, cabins, or vacation homes.
  19. Operation of ATVs or personal Golf Carts inside the park is prohibited.
  20. No riding of bicycles or skateboards on the Pickleball Courts or Covered Pavilion area
  21. Please do not hang or tie anything to the trees. This includes but is not limited to hammocks, clotheslines, lights, and trash bags.
  22. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone. Guests and their visitors use the resort at their own risk. Management and owners are not responsible for damanges, injury, or loss to persons, pets, or property.
  23. Resort Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time at any time, for any reason, without notice, as well as interpret these rules how they see fit.
