- To visit the zoo, you’ll need to purchase an online timed tickets if you do not have a zoo membership. Once you’ve chosen your time, make sure to arrive at your reserved time slot to ensure capacity is not exceeded.
- For guests who need a little help getting around, you’ll appreciate the rental fleet. The Houston Zoo offers double and single strollers as well as wagons, wheelchairs and scooters with sunshades.
- You can easily spend several hours at the zoo so pack a lunch and a few snacks to bring along. Outside food and drinks are allowed inside the zoo, so save some cash on your meals, keep the kids from getting hangry and use your cash on souvenirs to bring home or a few rides on the Wildlife Carousel!
