Sunrise RV Resort welcomes Class A & Class C motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels (self‑contained; see eligibility). Our daily and weekly options fit scouting trips and event weekends, while monthly, seasonal, and annual stays give you time to join clubs, play pickleball or tennis, and enjoy the creative studios and social calendar. Good to Know Before You Book
Age‑qualified 55+
At least one guest per RV must be 55 or older.
RVs welcome (by type)
Class A & C, travel trailers, fifth wheels; no Class B/van conversions, pop‑ups, truck campers, or tents.
Deposits
$500 (≥ 1 month); 50% (1 week–<1 month); paid in full (< 1 week).
Electric for monthly stays
Put SRP electric in your name 4+ days before arrival (Salt River Project 602‑236‑8888).
