We welcome a variety of Class A or Class C Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels and Resort Homes. RVs must be 10 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management) and 26 feet or longer. The vehicle or home must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. There are some exceptions that are at the discretion of management; contact the resort for more information.
DEPOSITS
Stays of more than one month require a deposit of $500. Stays of one week to one month require a deposit of 50% your stay. Stays inclusive of one day up to one week are payable in full at the
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. Total rent for entire reservation, is due upon check-in. All rates are based on a maximum of two persons. Fee for each additional person is $3/day, $15/week, $50/month, plus tax. All visitors must be registered with Guest Services. We gladly accept payment by Visa, Discover or Mastercard for daily or weekly rent, and reservation deposits. Rent must be paid in U.S. dollars by check, travelers check or money order.
MONTHLY ELECTRIC
For Stays 1 month or longer customer is required to have electric in their name. Please contact Salt River Project (SRP) at (602)236-888 at least 4 days prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN
RV Check-in time is one o’clock p.m. Upon checking in, you will be issued a form to commence mail service.
RV’s will be escorted to their lot by staff. Once sited by staff, do not change your position on the lot! (Utility hookups are sometimes not visible when parking and may be damaged if position is changed).
DO NOT make adjustments to water risers. They can be broken with applied force. Contact the resort office if you need assistance.
Damage by residents may result in a repair charge to the individual.
CHECK OUT
RV check out is 12 noon.
QUIET HOURS
Except for work or activities authorized by management, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., during which time residents must ensure that potentially disruptive sounds, including but not limited to voices, television, radios, musical instruments, noisy vehicles, power tools, etc., shall not travel beyond the resident’s individual lot.
If the local municipality has adopted a curfew, then the curfew for minors in The Resort shall be the same as that designated by the municipality.
LOADING AND UNLOADING RV’S PRIOR TO STORAGE
Loading and unloading of your RV is restricted to two (2) days or 48 hours only on your original arrival to the resort and upon your departure for the season. All other times, the RV must be loaded as quickly as possible and will be allowed no longer than 12 hours for this purpose. After these time limits, the unit must be removed from the street…
A temporary pass is required from the office.
Someone must be present at all times with keys, available to move the RV from the street in the event of an emergency.
ANNUAL POLICIES
There will be no refund on annual rents or annual specials. Remaining balance for annual rent or annual special may be applied to lot rent if purchasing a new park model or manufactured home directly from leisure home sales. Purchase of resale home does not qualify for transfer of annual rent.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES FOR RV SITES
Once the cancellation has been made and the RV removed from the site, the site reverts back to the Resort.
Post office keys, name badges and parking permits must be returned at this time.
Unless customer provides notice prior to check-in date, reservations are cancelled the day after a missed check-in, and customer forfeits entire deposit.
Cancellations received greater than 30 days in advance will receive a credit that can be used for up to 2 years from the date of issuance (less $50 processing fee).
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
RV’s must be less than ten (10) years old, unless approved by Management, and at least 26 feet in length. Van conversions, pop-up campers, cab-over campers, high/low type trailers, Class B RVs and tents are prohibited.
Unsightly, ill-fitting added structures (i.e., awnings, sunshades and add a room structures, etc.) will not be allowed.
