All the Details You Need for Your 55+ RV Getaway

One guest has to be 55+.
Rates are for 2 people at site, and additional guests, 12 and older, are charged $3 per day or $15 per week each.
10 years or newer. If older must supply photos of all four sides and must be approved by management prior to booking.

Minimum length 26 feet, Maximum length 40 feet.

Maximum of 2 pets per site.

Travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers, Class A Motorhomes and Class C Motorhomes. No Class B, Pop up trailers, Truck campers or Conversion Vans.

Tennis, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Swimming Pool/Hot tub, Fitness Center, Stain glass/glass fusion Workshop, Sewing/Quilting Workshop, Crafting Room, Billiard Room, Card Room, Library, Miscellaneous classes taught throughout season.

Rver’s have water, sewer, Cable TV and internet included, they pay for electric outside of RV rate for 30 days or longer.

We have one new, large dog park in the Resort.

Through a Modem/Router (which guests provide) you can have secured WiFi at your site. Otherwise we do have WiFi at the Clubhouse/Pool area.
